Illegal Opium Seller Was Arrested
A Chief Opium Renter has heard that a Javanese man named Kromo Wongso was selling illegal opium. Feeling aggrieved, the Chief reported the Javanese man to the police. Kromo Wongso's house was searched and the police found 105 opium (?) eyes stored in a water container. Kromo Wongso was arrested and put in prison until his legal verdict was determined.
