Lightning Rod
Lightning rods were invented by Franklin in the 18th century. These rods have two parts of iron. The first iron is the one that will be struck by the lightning (electricity receiver). The second iron will transmit the lightning voltage through the wall to the ground and break it down. These iron bars are installed on the roof, and are connected through the wall and plugged into the ground. Houses or tall buildings, such as mosques or churches that exceed 6 meters, are recommended to be installed with two lightning rods.
