Leopard in Mangga Dua[1]
A Chinese man in Mangga Dua was dragged by a leopard into the forest. Since the incident, the residents there have been struck by a threatening fear. After sunset, people are hurriedly closing their doors and no one dares go out at night. The residents of Mangga Dua are hoping that there will be a hunter who can catch the leopard.
[1] Mangga Dua is a shopping area located in Pademangan, North Jakarta. During the colonial period, this area was mainly inhabited by people who had ties to the VOC and the Dutch East Indies government.
